New Business Ideas

In our newest project you will be in groups of two in which you will be required to create an an idea for a new business. You will then have to write a business plan for that business and then present it to the class. Some things to think about when brainstorming ideas for your business...

1. Think of business ideas that align with your interest. Are you interested in sports, music, pets, food and beverage industry, etc?

2. What will the name of your business be? It shouldn't be too long, long business names are hard to remember.

3. What product are you going to sell? Is it going to be one product or multiple products?

4. What makes you unique versus your competition? Why are people going to buy a certain product from you instead of your competitor? Really think about this and think of something that will really make you unique.

Be thinking of these questions by yourself and with your group member that I have given you. Look at the links I have posted on this page to give you some ideas.

After you decided on your business idea each group post up the name of your business and what your business will do.
